.44 Mag loads for IL whitetail with Unique
« on: March 01, 2007, 01:48:08 AM »
This is similar to 1895m's thread but I have a Redhawk with a  7 1/2" barrel and I already have a supply of Unique.  What bullet, weight, brand, primer, and powder charge would you recommend for deer.  I don't know how much of a difference this makes, but I will be using open sights from a tree stand so shots will definitely be under 50 yards.

Not trying to sound harsh, but was there something in this thread that you didn't understand?

This should cover it, I would think.
Just another voice in the crowd!!!

Thank you Lawful Larry.  How could I have every been so blind.  Thank you for not being too harsh.  I am sure you are wise enough to understand that if you have to preface your comments with "not to sound too harsh", then maybe what you are about to say should be or could be  expressed differently. Anyway, not everyone can be a good communicator but thanks for your response.
