buck, 55 ,60 & 68 grain hornady's . 68's for serious work IF your gun likes them 55's seem to always work for me. I love 748 powder but imr3031 and 4895 work well also depending on the make and weight of the bullet. As far as COL that would depend on YOUR chamber, but 2.200" is a book reccommendation. max charge of 3031 is listed as 25 gr. for 3300 fps. 4895 is 26.8 gr for 3200 and 748-27.7 gr for 3300 ,all with 55 grain bullets. 60 grain bullet loads are 3031-25gr=3200 ,4895-27gr=3200 and 748-26.5gr=3100. They 68 gr bullet requires a fast (1 in 10 )twist. I usually find my best accuracy a bit below max loads and about 0.015" off the lands. Start about 5-10% low and work up. Also check your chamber length and adjust the seating accordingly. Remember SAFETY FIRST, you are the one responsible for YOUR safety.
For coyote at only 200 yards I'd just use the cheap REMCHESTER bulk bullets. I've shot a TON of ground hog with them in several calibers. DON"T bother with the FMJ's, I've seen groundhog run 40 yards after a good body hit,and live to be shot a couple days later. I wasn't the one using the FMJ's,but was with a guy cheaper than ME! 3031 gives you the best bang for the buck, taking a bit less powder to get the fps to max.
