If you didn't want to skin a hog what is the best way to get the hair off of it?
Burn it? Shave it? Other?

Put boiling water on it and scrape.  Youo can place a towel or other absorbant cloth on the carcass and pour boing water on the towel.  Afterwards, use the back side of a large knife and scrape and the hair comes off pretty easily.
