Tuner for smallbore silhouette

Is there any rules against using a flush mount tuner for a smallbore rifle.  I've seen pictures with people having them, but was not sure if it was legal.  I was thinking of a Fudd flush mount tuner for an Anschutz 64 MS to add a little weight on the barrel.

It is ok to use a barrel weight in the smallbore rifle class as long as the overall weight of 10 lbs 2 oz and the barrel length is not exceeded. They are not allowed in the hunter class to my knowledge.

They are not legal for hunter class but are OK for standard class.
