help with my remington recoil pad

howdy guys.  i recently purchased a remington model 700 bdl win 300 mag from my friends father and now that i have come to replace the recoil pad i cant figure our how to take off the old one. there are no screw holes or clips that i can see. can anyone help me out. thanks for any info.

I thought that the BDL stocks had screws to remove the pads. I know that the Sendero with the HS Precision stocks are installed  with epoxy.
