How long does your ATV run when you shut off the gas?

Shut off the gas lever on my Honda 350 Rancher & it ran for 15 minutes before it died. Thats a looooong time so thought I'd find out from everyone how long theirs runs.
Will hunt for food.

I think he means the manual fuel shut off. depending on how big the eng is and how fast it's ideling will determin how long it will run. we run the carbs dry before we put them on the show room floor and most will run ten min or so

Exactly what I was trying to say Paladin. I also burn up the fuel before I let it sit for several days but didn't ever remember it running this long before it burned it all up. Of course I never timed it until today either.

Never tried to time it myself, but that sounds about right.  That little Rancher doesn't use much, especially at idle.  You could speed that up a little if you rev'd it up and down a little.
