Does anyone here ever do any stargazing?  If so, what kind of telescope/optics do you use?

Yes indeedy. Have a nice set of 10x50 Binos, A 80mm shorty for out on the trail, also serves as a spotting scope. A 6"  SMT, and a 8" Celestar. ;D
