Damage that I've experienced wasn't in shipping, it was in handling in their shop, the toe of a BC stock was chipped, the chip wasn't in the shipping box, so it had to happen prior to shipping. On a good note, their CS is top notch, they replaced the stock, no questions asked, I sent them a nice email with a pic of the damaged stock, they replied they would replace it, but they were out of the stock at the time, 3 weeks later, Brown showed up at my door with a very nice BC stock.

ps...I cut the damaged stock off square and fitted a Limbsaver recoil pad on it, it matches very well with a TDC forend!!
