44 mag and 255 cast

SRH 44 mag 7.5 in. bbl.  Been loading Cast  Perf. 255 WFN with Unique 9 - 11 grains.  Should be more that enough for whitetail?? Haven't been out to shoot any yet at the range due to weather but any combo should do the trick I think.  Any thoughts or suggestions.

1895M:  Lots of folks use that bullet with 10 grains of Unique and report it works very well on whitetail.  That load should shoot well in your SRH.  Mikey.

I've taken two deer with Smith M-629's using 10 grains of Unique and a 250-grain bullet.

The only problem with this load is that you might quit using anything else.
