The currant Remington catalog shows a 98 Mauser with a laminated stock--None of the shops in my area had one. Has anyone seen one?

It is the same as the Charles Daly mausers, but with a poorly fit laminate stock(at least the one I have seen and held)

Same here. ok looking Mauser action in a stock that looks like it was fitted with a hatchet and a pocket knife.........
