Witch slug is the most accurate to reload the Lyman pellet style or the Lee key slug?

I only load the Lee slug but I get comparable accuracy to the Winchester factory loads that I used to shoot.

I'm testing an Encore 20 ga rifled slug barrel and have better accuracy with the Lyman Sabot slug (pellet style)

I have both types ordered to use in my 1100-Hastings barrel. I just want to reload a real accuate slug at a 100yrds. I have reloaded the SPW Hammer Heads and am getting 1 1/2" groups at 100. I'll play with these two and see what happens.

I got my slugs in the mail today, the Lyman & 7/8 oz. Lee key. Loaded some of both and went to the range. Now my scope is shot, a el cheap-O. I'm in the process of getting a good new one. Anyways I shot three Lee's at 65 yrds. and got a foot and half group, could be the scope. I then shot a five shot group with the Lyman slugs and they show great potential! I felt it when I pulled the one shot. I'll try to tweak these into one ragged hole when I get a new scope.

I looked into reloading slugs, but eventually went to a savage MLll for accuracy. Havent looked back. Here are some of the links that I used to investigate reloading. Good luck,

If you go to ballistic products web site, you can get into slug reloading for about $30. They have a roll crimper that hooks up to a drill and does a wonderful job. I use the Dangerous Game Slug, and it is very accurate, and extremely easy to load.
