Nickel plated Handi and 12g combo

Hi all,

I saw a nickel plated 30/30 and 12g combo for sale the other day. Just wondering if these barrels came as a combo, and if so, did they come nickel plated as well?

Seems to be in OK nick, probably have to make some space in the safe.

Were the barrels nickel also, or just the receiver?  I have seen .223/20ga and .243/20ga locally, nickel receiver and blue barrels on both.  The combos seem to be hit and miss on what actually made it to market.

Very much so, krochus. What cal is that one?

I don't think it had the engraving on the rhs of the receiver, and it was a monte carlo stock from memory.

Handis are kind of rare over here, let alone a combo, and nickel even more so.

 The one pictured is a .357 mag/20ga combo that's been reamed to .357MAX

Thanks for the info, krochus. Maybe it is a factory nickel combo after all???

If it's still there in a few months I may have to buy it.
