Hi folks

I just acquired a model 20 in .250 Savage. The rifle has a new stock and barrel and I was wondering if anyone has experience mounting scopes on these guns. At present it has a side mount with a very old Weaver 3/4" A4 scope. I would like to mount a modern 1 inch scope.
