M1C/Scoped/Garand

Gentlemen,
These two photo's shows how the M1C Scope and mount were setup. Notice the file report is in 1944 at APG. At the same time Ordnance was working on the M1E8 which later became the M1D. Again this data was in 1944 at APG. You new guys can see the setup. I hope this date helps.
