over all state trapping regs

is the following what most states require of trappers   1. must have a valid licence     2. have written permission to trap private land        3.have your traps tagged with your name and address

 Minnesota requires a trapping and a small game license.Permission on private property is needed--but not in writing.We can use drivers license number on our tags, if we want.
