The barrel program was set up by H&R / NEF so you can send in your current frame to tha factory and have other Cal. barrels fitted to your frame . Here is a link to their web site with the info .

Thanks Stimpy. I thought maybe they were having some kind of special program or something. You know, 1 discounted barrel with new purchase or something like that.
