Need Model 70 Info

I recently picked up a Model 70 in excellent condition with a Simmons 3x9x40 scope for $300.00 at a lps.
The Serial number is G2059613. Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture and any other relevant data.

In the FAQ post there is a sticky that leads to a serial number lookup for the Model 70.  The number you gave us is outside the range for that lookup (Serial number range 4610 - 339869) so it is not much help.  Check your number again, and look at the FAQ page and see if you can find it.  Thanks.

  What Keith L said was correct. Your S/N, if correct, indicates it`s at least a  POST-1981 model. 
   Not on the money but it gives you some idea of a time frame.

Often it helps a lot to be a little more specific in your description, so that the exact model is known, rather than just a "Model 70", but based off your serial number, my best guess is, your rifle is a push-feed model, manufactured in 1992.
