Cool.....nice job on the angles and clarity of the pics also! It's neat to see the "real thing" of a lot of the sketches in books.

I keep going back to the howitzer pic in your other post. My wife made the mistake of saying "I like that one." Now I have a new mission for next Fall! Hah...I'll just add that to the list of ongoing projects.

I too visit a museum lately, The Canadian war museum. My camcorder was busted and I didnt have my digital camera yet, no pics unfortunetly, but what a bunch of cool stuff!

Can't see the pics' but which museum in Brussels?  Was it the military museum at the Parc du Cinquantenaire?
That was a pretty nice place... Four decent museum at one monument.  Made a good day out with the kids.

It's the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History. I think most people just call it the Army Museum.

     Max Cal.     Looks like you had a great trip.  If you travel to England, don't miss the National Military Museum in Leeds.  They have working leather, armor and gunsmithing shops. Plus three stories of Armament, some in real life settings.  Even two ful size armored Elephants.
     The pictures I am enclosing are of 5 cannon with new trucks over looking the Derry Walls in Northern Ireland.  Next years trip I'll try to get better pics.

Div Arty, Great pictures. Would be nice to see pictures from others who travel abroad. Theres a lot of interesting artillery out there.
