TC Custom Barrel

Ok, for the past 3 days been driving myself crazy trying to decided on a barrel.  I think I'm going to order one from TC Custom Shop.  It will probably be somewhere in the 13" to 15" lenght in SS.  Just can't make my mind up on what caliber.  Probably hunt mostly deer with some hogs mixed in.  Have thought seriously about a .243, 257 Roberts, 7mm-08 and .308.  I reload for all these in my rifles and this was one thought, to have components already. 

What do you have to say.  HELP!! ???

You might want to consider a 7X30 waters barrel.  I have one in a 14" SS custom shop that is deadly accurate with  Nosler 120BT.  Still working up other loads and bullet selections, but I am very happy with the results so far.  Plan on using for deer hunting this fall.

Of the cartridges you already load for, I would pick the 308 Winchester.

Okay, its been ordered.  A 6.5x284 15" barrel.....

Muzzleblast, let us know how the 6.5x284 shoots, I have been contemplating on buying one 26-28" for Encore Rifle
