I like mine.  I shot it last weekend - put 50 rds through it.  I also shot my kimber pro raptor and my S&W 642 - I only had about an hour to shoot - so that is all I was able to shoot through the EMP.  It was pretty accurate for such a short piece.

How does one conceal a 1911 in condition 1?

You mean cocked and locked?
It will conceal in any condition, but if you want to be able to shoot it right away, chamber loaded and safety on is best. Whatever carry method works best, I suppose.

1911s are designed to be carried chambered, cocked and locked.  How you conceal it is your business - 'condition' has no bearing on concealment.  Mikey.
