I don't know a commercial caster who makes 200 gr SWC bullets, nor do I believe you really want them for a lever gun, as the shoulder hangs up bad in all the guns I've tried them in. Try Montana Bullet Works offerings in the LBT FN profile and I believe you'll like performance.
For the record, I make SWC bullet moulds in for all handgun calibers, though they aren't listed in my catalog or at our website as yet.
I have offered the authentic Keith bullets for years, but just recently, cut moulds for 38, 41, 44, 45, 475, 500, and 512. The customer who ordered them asked for an exact 44 Keith 250 gr profile in each caliber from 41 up, and modifed bullets to get heavy weights in all calibers. If any of you are interested in SWC bullets, post or contact me by email and I'll post a list of the bullets I made for this customer.
I only know of three true Keith bullets. One for the 44 and 2 for the 45. For this reason I call all the modifications, including what I turned out for the 38, LBT Keith, and stamp the moulds LBTK if it's a modified profile, but just K if it's authentic. The modifications can include gas check shank if desired, a thing Keith erroneously thought inappropriate for revolvers.
