Yup, it's paintable... the camo look isn't natural quickwall :-) You can add concrete coloring to quickwall if you wish though. A tad of dark green would be a nice coloring to add to make a nice basecoat.. otherwise it is naturally grey.

The inside is spraypainted with several coats of epoxy spraypaint to keep the moisture out before lining it with plywood.

The outside is Krylon camo series.

There was an interesting article in this months issue of "The Arilleryman" (Vol28, No2).

They did not include "Skirmish Powder" in the test unfortunatly, but they did Goex Cannon-F-2F-3F, Elephant Cannon, Lidu Cannon-F-2F, Swiss 2F, Schuetzen 2F, Pyrodex RS, and Black Canyon. All were evaluated in a 12 pound mortar for power, consistancy, cost per pound, cost per "distance".

Goex brand came out on top overall out of the ones tested.

Great magazine by the way !

Glad I've got some on the way!

When I get my powder magazine done, I will take some pics. It will probably look stupid, but maybe it will be strong enough to hold back an anemic chihuahua.
