It's about time. I finally got away and sighted in my .223 Handi. I started with 55gr FMJ UMC ammo. I got it on paper with that and it was doing good. Then I moved to the Ultramax 40gr Nosler ballistic tips. I was getting 3 shot groups that were well under 1" at 100 yards.
I am not a rifle shooter. I have never fine tuned a scope before. I am using a bean bag on the hood of my truck for a rest. I amazed both with the rifle and myself. If I actually practice and become a better shot this could be scary.
I am going out to shoot PD's tomorrow. I can't wait to pop some of the nasty little buggers. It's been a couple weeks since I spilled blood, LOL.
