Any one fishin the Mississippi

I plan on heading to pool 4, north of lake Pepin this week for some walleye and sauger fishin. Just wondering if anybody has been there this year and had any luck.

Well Cheesehead I can't offer any info about pool 4.

But I can wish you a big Good Luck and have a Great Time.

Let us know how it goes.

Hey Skunk,

Your wish of Good luck helped. We caught a little bit of everything, walleye, sauger, white bass and sheepshead. Saturday was beautiful weather and a great day to be on the water. We fished from Redwing to Hager City and up to the dam. Good times.

That's great news, Cheese, congrats!

We are getting ready for next weekend. Planning to catch some big Brown and Rainbow trout from the Brule and Peshtigo rivers.

Nothing like a good fishing trip in Wisconsin.

Definitely "God's Country" this time of year.
