Help on cartrige
« on: April 25, 2007, 11:37:57 AM »
Folks,
I cannot find these dimensions in any of my material, Drilling Combo,

General dimensions of the chamber cast are 2.75" chamber, .433" Rim, .360" Base, .297" neck, barrel groove dia is .263.

It is a 4229D Franz Sodia 20x20x? Steel butt contains cartridge trap.  Action has crossbolt, double trigger (rifle sets), steel trigger guard.  Barrels are Krupp “Primus” premium steel 26 ½”, F&M, 2 9/16” chambers

Any help is appreciated

How about 6.5X70R? That's the closest thing I can find. Long, skinny thing. Ought to be great for shooting grouse and such. I wonder if cases are available anywhere?
