According to the gunsmith manual the following is the rate of twist for Valmet calibers

Caliber           Twist
9.3x74R         1 in 14"
.375 Win        1 in 12"
.308 Win        1 in 12"
30-06             1 in 10"
.243               1 in 10"
.223               1 in 12"
.222               1 in 12"
