She did what she had to do to save her life and will end up in court because some SOB will say she did not protect their civil rights .

Your both right but it is a shame the two slime balls put someone so young in the position to have to do it. It's something she'll live with for a long time.

Does not really matter, it brought up some good points.  This type of senerio happens quite frequently, but is under reported by our news media.  When my wife shot a burgler the local paper did not want to report it since no one was killed and the scum ball got away.
