I'm starting to build a 416 Taylor on a Mauser action. I don't want to Mag-Na-Port it or use a muzzle brake because of the noise. I found a recoil reducing device called a Counter Coil made by Danuser. Has anyone used one? I've seen them on guns at gun shows but never talked anyone about how effective they are. I've asked a few gunsmiths in my area but they didn't have any experience with it. Any information about how the Counter Coil works for reducing recoil is appreciated.
