mitchell made it into Sniper School

mitchell called me today...and let me know that he has been selected to start his Sniper School training in a couple weeks...I just thought you guys would want to know...

thanks guys , i must say that shooting handis has improved my shooting by a lot and i fact i used to shoot batter before i got in the army and was just shooting in my back yard every day (i miss shooting 500+ round a week)

my time line is getting short : i have to go to a school called rifles only at the end on may i have NTC coming up in June lasting through July then i'll have aguest to drink every thing i can and get as much speeding ticks as possible sniper school in setember be back in mid October  just to go to Diyala province iraq for 15 months in november .

i think it will make it i still have probs with it from time to time but i was down to running 12 min even two miles now i'm back up to low 13's

the school will push you in ways that you think are impossible. Scaning and drawing were never my stongest suits they will teach you how to pick out common items in brush and flat lands. Start working on your Ghillie and when you think you have it right do it again and comb out that burlap. If someone can distuinguish something from 20 feet  naked eyes it's wrong. quit drinking anything but water. eat only vegies with very small amounts of unspiced meats( fish) dogs can smell you from a long way even upwind.

Watch out for the cleaning rod in the bush next to the main stems......
