I have a more than a passing interest in the Tromix Siaga 12 gauge shotgun conversions. They look like the best answer for CQB. I really like the short barreled versions but if I were to make a purchase Im not interested in the class 3 hassle's or the extra "wife tax". It looks like the Tromix guns are true conversions back to the real AK specs. Ive also seen the pistol grip stocks that can be fitted to the unconverted Siaga but they look awkward to me. Im also concerned about the magazines. Ive seen 5, 8, and 10 rounders are they reliable?
Is this a go to war weapon or just a movie "zombie" toy. Should I stick to my well worn 870, or is this future of CQB and just not accepted because it wasnt invented here? Are the Tromix guns worth the money, I can buy alot of 870 and ammo for the price of a Tromix and a belt of mags?
