Leupold QR bases for CZ452 silhouette

Are there any Leupold QR 2 piece bases that I can get for a CZ452 silhouette that I can just have the receiver drilled and tapped to fit the bases?  I would guess that would be flat bottomed, but not sure what rifle they make these bases for that has a flat top receiver.  I see that the custom base one is flat, but I see that also needs holes drilled and more machining.  I have a silhouette scope on a high power rifle using these QR rings and bases and I would like to use the same scope on this gun.  Thoughts?  Thanks.

The horses mouth so-to-speak! There are many mounting systems for 22 rifles but most don't return to zero well. You may end up using the gunsmith bases and having them fitted.. Let us know how you fair..

Below is their e-mail response. 

There is no production QR base that I would recommend trying to retrofit to the CZ 452.  The best option would be to get a set of our Custom Gun maker bases and having them machined by a gunsmith to fit the action correctly.  The QR gun maker bases are #50065 and are sold in single pieces.

Likely more than a dedicated scope and mounts? I'd just use conventional mounts and just buy a new scope.. Machine time is quite expensive.. Unless you're handy with a mill or a set of files..?
