Took The 45 LC BC to the range
« on: May 12, 2007, 05:20:19 PM »
It shoots very well indeed punching almost one hole three shot groups at 50 yards. My old eyes won't shoot those sight very well though. I will have to go with a peep sight or low power scope. Function was perfect in every way. Mine just has the extractor so I didn't have to hunt for brass. Not to good for fast loading though as it just barely pulls them out far enough to get a hold of them. Next will be reloading some rounds for it. My wife enjoyed shooting it as well and shot better than I did. Her eyes are better.
shot placement is everything.

Excellent! Maybe the Mrs. will take a shine to it and you can get another for you.   ;D

Keep us posted with the results of those reloads.

Yeah she really liked it. She has been shooting since she was six. She can really shoot bowling pins. I have some Hornady cast 250 grain bullets and some 250 XTP as well. I have 5744 and AA-5.
shot placement is everything.
