Well I finally got fed up trying to find a tapered 357 Mag carbine barrel. I placed an order with EABCO this week for a factory blue tapered 21" 357 Mag. I'll be putting together a nice little G2 rifle in another 2-3 months. While I wait I'll be finishing the Gunstocks, Inc. buttstock that I picked up earlier.
I've shot 10-14" barrels for years but this will be the first Contender carbine configuration for me. I'm really looking forward to playing around with this and seeing what I can do with some 180gr XTPs seated out to the bottom cannelure. Should be a peach to shoot and carry.
