Generally, at short range, the slower bullet will print higher than will the faster one. Heavier bullets also tend to strike higher than lighter bullets. The reason for both is increased barrel time due to slower acceleration out of the barrel and consequently the barrel is at a higher point when the bullet leaves the muzzle. As range increases though, the slower and heavier bullets will then fall below the line of fire taken by the faster bullets because they have more of an arc to their trajectory.
