The stainless sets usually run $100. more than the blued (all else even).  I have seen them as low as $500. and as high as $1400.  Many factors besides looks affect the price; are all barrels a set, is it Monson or Palmer manufacture.  How is the fit and finish of all barrels?  Check out the various gun auction sites for a rough idea.  If you are going to shoot it; which DW's are made for then collector value will depreciate some, but collector value has gone up considerably in just the last 2 years.  In the 1980's the set sold new for around $500 retail, but those days are gone for good.  I hope this helps some.
