Ruger PC-4 Trigger Job
« on: May 26, 2007, 11:54:15 AM »
Hi Folks......

A buddy of mine has a Ruger PC-4 carbine, and the trigger is by far the worst I have ever pulled, over 20 pounds, maybe 25.  Anyone know where I can find a schematic of the trigger group, or does anyone offer a replacement?  There has to be something to fix this gun, it's impossible to shoot well as it is.

Thanks

Papajohn

I believe there's a schematic in the owner's manual that the owner of the gun should have.  Next most obvious place to look would be the Ruger website as they have the manual available in pdf. files there for download.  20 trigger...  ::)  Maybe a new set of springs is all you'll need.  It's not a target gun so it's not something a nice crisp 2# trigger is expected on.
