Curing Liver?

Does anyone know how to cure chicken liver? I read it on another board but it didn't tell how to do it....Hellbilly

I use beef liver.  It comes frozen in 1/2" thick pieces that cut up very nicely into the perfect size cubes to go on the hook.  It is tougher than chicken liver, stays on very well and works great.  Really easy to use.  If you cut it up while still mostly frozen it doesn't make a mess in the kitchen, thaw just before the trip, kept in zip lock freezer bags and it is good to go!
