Took a closer look and handle this morning. It's well used, although I don't know about abused. The cylinder is purple-ish, but the frame is dark. There's a little holster wear at the muzzle end. It's a NM, as you suspected. White plastic grips with Ruger eagle; the screw tip (not the head) actually sticks out the left side of the grip a solid 1/16".
Question re: Lockup. With the gun cocked, should I be able to move the cylinder at all? It is not rattle loose, but I can move it. Also, gap between cylinder and barrel. I could see light through the gap, but didn't have gauges to measure it exactly.
Sorry for all the questions. First question probably should have been, Is there a used revolver buying primer around here somewhere?
