Loctite removal

  I know someone mentioned it earlier, but i cannot find it !

  What is the common chemical that works well in removing Loctite ?

Methylene chloride (Chisel #79040) is the recommended chemical to remove cured loctite. Acetone might work.

If it isn't heat sensitive (scopes, etc.), run a propane torch over the piece until it can be removed.

A little heat and it will flake out of threads.
