Ruger Hawkeye

Anyone have any experience with the new Hawkeye rifles?  I have one and think that it is a good rifle for the price, it is accurate and seems to be built well.  A couple of issues I have with mine are that the bolt binds up when it is pulled all the way back then upon pushing forward with any upward pressure on the handle it locks up, I'm still removing metal to improve fit.  I think the problem stems from a loose fitting bolt and sharp edges on the receiver.  Also trigger needs a couple pounds taken off.

i have a new hawkeye in ss/synthetic 358 win.very happy with it.it is a hunting rifle but shoots very well.i had a thread going a while back.only work i needed to do was to the barrel channel.i felt the trigger pull was fine for the intended purpose.like anything there is always room for improvement, but i was happy with it.wished it was a little shorter, but other than that i think it's an improvement over the older 77.
