Adding target turrets?

It seems like I heard once about someone adding a target turret to a luepold scope?  Anyone know anything about this?

I recently sent in a scope to Leupold for target turrets.  It cost a bit over $100 and I had the scope back in about 2 weeks.  It's done through Leupold's custom shop.  You can get other details from their web site.
