Does anyone have any experience with Weaver V series scopes? I was considering putting one on my Contender.223 Rem 23" barrel vice a Leupold VX I just to keep costs down. I am thinking about the 2-10x Weaver vice the 3x9 Leupold.

I have two of the 2x10x38MM scopes.  One on a .300 Savage and the other on a 7MM mag.  I believe they are an excellent value.  And I have had no fogging problems with either scope.  I also like them because they can be mounted lower and allow for faste alignment.
