Just wondering if anyone owns one or has any hands on knowledge of this. Gander Mountain has them brand new for $214.00.  I was thinking about getting one for a back up gun at work and for off duty concealed carry.

You need to remember it's a Taurus and read all the comments on Taurus lack of quality and customer service before plunking down your money. There is absolutely NO WAY UNDER THIS SUN I'd trust my life to a Taurus and if you carry it for protection that's what you'll be doing.
