What Size Buckshot for .32 Caliber?

It seems I've read somewhere that buckshot can be used in the .32 caliber.  I recently acquired a .32 Caliber Flintlock.  I cast roundballs for .50 and .40 caliber.  I thought for the .32 I would just buy buckshot if it will work ok.  #1 Buck (.300") sounds a little to small, but would work I'm sure.  #0 Buck (320") seems like it might be a little to tight and would probably be really hard to get down the barrel.  Has anyone tried buckshot in their .32 caliber?

Hornady #1 buckshot shoots pretty well in my .32, measures .300 and is swaged.  I use .018 pillow ticking and 20 grains of FFF for the best accuracy, five shot groups are one ragged hole at 25 yards.   ;)
