The questions about the legality of income taxes has been answered many, many times.  The answers might not satisfy some, or most of the people, but it is pure foolishness to screw your whole life up with an issue that you simply cannot win.

It looks to me like these people have lost their case and they have to pay the price.  Eventually they are going to end up either giving up, or worse.  You've got to know when you're beat and move on.  They can be martyrs if they want, but it will change nothing.  Futility is not a pretty thing.

It is foolish to believe that we can enjoy the freedoms we have without paying for them, so we pay income tax to keep the democracy alive.  I place this "nut" in the same category as Koresh and Weaver, all nuts. Like Koresh and Weaver, I would bet that this "nut" had his hand stuck out for what he could get at some point in his life.  It seems the ones who have gained the most are the first to squawk when it comes time to fess up.

#2 Income tax is not only voluntary, it's Illegal under the constitution.
