reloading for MAS 49/56

does anyone have reloading information that they would like to share for the MAS 49/56?  There is not much information on the net for this cartridge and rifle combination.  thanks!

Hello...

I load 2 bullets for the MAS 49/56. 

150gr. Hornady Spire Point: IMR 4895  45.0 grns

165gr. Hornady Spire Point:  IMR 4895  40.0 grns

Brass:  Graf's 7.5 French

Primers:  CCI #34, to prevent slamfires

Both these loads work real good for me.

thanks for the load information, will be trying soon.  Can anything be done to these rifles to limit or soften the ejection?
