T/C Service

I posted earlier about hammer problems with my 45 cal hawken and I sent it to t/c on 6/20 and was told to expect a 4 week wait. Much to my supprise the gun returned via fedex in perfect operating order today!!! I believe they replaced the sear and tumbler, custom fitted the hammer assembly to the stock, re aligned the hammer fall and replaced the nipple all under warranty! Now that's the way to run a great company!

I agree, T/C service is A1. And if you ever get a chance to tour the plant, do it. I've been on 2 tours. One was before the big fire and one was after. Like the service, the tours are A1. I hope things don't change after the buy out by S&W.

Well not all have been happy with TC.  I had so many bad experiences with them that I got rid of the gun.  I cringe when I think of working with them again.  One thing I really didn't like about them was the lying.  I can put up with a lot, but not the lying.    :(

Not at all!!!  And if you have been around for a while and been to some of the other forums for the TC, you would have heard a long list of other stories on this subject.   ???
