Without a doubt but I have no specific info on it. I doubt there are any such old cases that haven't been necked up and down to about every combination possible. It should be somewhere between the .358 Win. and .35 Whelen in case capacity and thus performance. Finding data for it would be nearly impossible and pressure tested data totally nonexistent I suspect. You'd likely need to extrapolate data using pressure tested data from the above two .35s and comparing the case capacity of your wildcat vs. those two factory rounds.
Since there isn't really a huge difference in the performance of the .358 and the Whelan you can't expect miracles but if you split the velocity difference you'd have a good approximation of what you could expect.
