ga hunting season dates and limits 2007-2008
« on: July 04, 2007, 11:22:15 PM »
The Board of Natural Resources approved the  proposed hunting seasons and regulations for 2007-2009 in May 2007. This document provides a summary of the 2007-2008 hunting season dates and limits.

The 2007-2008 Hunting Seasons and Regulations booklet (Popular Guide) is currently under development and will be published in July. This detailed guide will be available from WRD offices and over 1000 license agents on August 1. An on-line version will be available by mid-July.

Season dates and limits for migratory birds are subject to approval (in late August) by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). A separate publication providing this information is produced annually in early September and will be available at that time from WRD offices and on the ga dnr website
