Handi Rifle barrel interchangeability?

Hello, I am a newbie on Handi Rifles. Can the barrels be interchanged without any fitting? I have heard both answers, yes and no. What is the real truth? Thanks clearing this up.

Welcome aboard. ;D Some barrels may have to be fitted to your frame. :'( The more frames you have the better chance you have of a barrel fitting one of your frames. I have bought and traded many barrels and you really have about a 50  50 chance of it fitting good. If it needs to be fitted you can do it yourself with the help of the FQA they are located at the top of this fourm just look for barrel fitting. Good luk to you and your Handi adventures.

In a word NO.

 Somethimes you get lucky and mittle work is required to make another fit.

But No not interchangable like say a Contender or Encore rifle.

Let me give you a firm , MAYBE . Once the barrel has been fit to one frame it can be changed with other barrels that have been fit to the same frame no trouble at all , but to just buy a barrel and have it fit , thats were the Maybe comes in .

But as a rule , no they are not a one size fits all thing .
